Significant advances, independently verified, in discovery and development of critical minerals and metals the World wants - Rare Earths, Gold and Uranium

AusAmerican Mining Corporation NL is an international exploration and development company, developing a number of critical minerals and metals projects (Rare Earths, Gold and Uranium) in the United States of America:

  1. La Paz Rare Earth Project Large maiden resource defined, 128 MT for 95.6 M lb REE, considerable upside to increase resource outlined, successful initial metallurgical test work confirmed, independent NI 43-101 technical report completed.
  2. Independent NI 43101 technical report completed for San Marcos Gold Project.
  3. High grade 11.4 M lbs resource defined for Rio Puerco uranium project, independent NI 43-101 technical report completed, ISR potential confirmed, significant upside of resource.

Project Highlights

La Paz Rare Earth Project

Highlights

  • Large maiden Resource calculated
  • Ni 43-101 Completed
  • The deposit is not fully delineated, leaving room for a significant increase in size and volume.
  • High percentage of Medium and heavy REE (24%)
  • The deposit is amenable to open-pit mining, and is fully exposed under light alluvial cover.
  • Mineralisation is remarkably homogeneous throughout the entire host rock complex.
  • Host rock and REE carrier mineralogy is amenable to standard metallurgical extractive processes.
  • Positive metallurgical test work completed by SRC in Canada
  • There are virtually no radio active substances (Thorium) present in the ore body.
  • Ownership is 100% AusAmerican and land titles are flawless and unencumbered.
  • Excellent infrastructure is available for development.
  • Arizona is a recognized, mining-friendly jurisdiction with low jurisdictional risk.
  • Location factors ensure minimal socio-environmental impacts in permitting and future mining operations.
  • Additional core drilling programme, scoping study and second phase of metallurgical and extractive test work commenced , results due March 2012

Independent NI 43 -101 Completed for San Marcos Gold Project

Highlights

  • 125 claims controlled 100% unencumbered by AusAmerican
  • Excellent location/infrastructure
  • Historic production
  • Magnetic survey, mapping , sampling and 4,400 diamond an RC drilling program completed
  • Drilling detected widespread gold mineralization in most holes; many holes strongly mineralized
  • Drilling validates historic data from 1989-1990 drilling
  • NI 43-101 technical report completed; very positive about potential of the project
  • Only small portion of the project explored
  • Significant potential to increase the resource exists
  • Maiden resource expected in 2012

Independent NI 43-101 finalized for Rio Puerco Uranium project

Highlights

  • Confirms resource of 11.4 million pounds grading 0.09% (900 ppm) using a 0.03% (300ppm) cut-off
  • Identifies potential to increase resource
  • Confirms potential for In Situ Recovery mining extraction
